Hello!
I’m Sara Dedeche, a consultant in medical education and clinical nutrition.
About
My work focuses on supporting women and families through key stages of health, including fertility, pregnancy, early motherhood, and childhood, as well as broader areas of metabolic and long-term wellbeing.
Alongside my clinical training and professional experience, my work is also shaped by my own experience as a mother. This allows me to approach nutrition in a way that is both evidence-based and grounded in the realities of everyday life.
I have trained and worked across hospital, clinical, and community settings in the Middle East, Asia, and the UK, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, from maternal and early years nutrition to metabolic health and chronic conditions.
My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a Master of Medical Sciences from Sheffield Medical School (TUOS) with a focus on oncology and metabolism and Human Nutrition. My work is informed by ongoing engagement with areas such as metabolic health, childhood nutrition, and the evolving field of nutritional sciences.
I am a member of several health and medical associations such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Lifestyle Medicine and the Royal Society of medicine.
Now based in London, I work with clients both locally and internationally, offering consultations in English and Arabic. My approach is thoughtful and personalised, with an emphasis on sustainable, practical changes that support long-term health.
